A warm HELLO dear Icy's!

WE CELEBRATE OUR ICE BATHING ASSOCIATION FOUNDING !!

This event is all about our common hobby:ICE BATHING

About the planned process:

17:00 – Ice bathing community meeting (Google coordinates:48.307611, 14.278779) 

17:05 - Updates about the Upper Austria Ice Bathing Assoziation from Markus

17:30 – Wim Hof Breathing Session OR Wim Hof Theory Part (UPDATE coming)

approx. 6:15 p.m. joint ice bath in the Danube and conclusion with healthy vegan snacks.

We are happy if we can start on time. 

Please bring:

• Swimwear (bikini, bathing suit, swimming trunks)
• Towel
• Comfortable warm clothing, hood, gloves
• Drinking bottle with water or tea
• Plate/bowl & cutlery
• ideal sleeping bag and pad for breathing exercises, or blanket, yoga mat or similar
• We've brought some mats and blankets with us, but that won't be enough for everyone!

The event is for free. We would be very happy about one gift of the heart for the snacks.
